Buenos International Advocacy’ Service Agreement

Read this agreement carefully, because it is a contract that runs any use of Buenos International Advocacy’s services or software, or other services and software associated with or submitted directly to this contract (the “service”). By using this service, you agree with these terms. If you disagree, please, do not use our services. Thanks.

I – Privacy and Personal Information

The Buenos International Advocacy is committed to protect your privacy, not collecting or maintaining intentionally in our database the information of those deemed legally incompetent. Our sites and other materials were not designed or intended to legally incompetent, regardless of where the access occurs.

To protect the information sent to us, we have technical and operational resources from tampering and theft. Access to information received will only be handled by professionals as to the relevant areas and / or industry compliance. We do this because we believe that secrecy is a fundamental factor of trust with you, why never sell any of your information.

Sending us a message requesting Buenos International Advocacy’s information, we will use the submitted data sent by you to respond to your request. Eventually we may send documents informing about new services or changes in existing ones, and in any situation will be possible to cancel the receipt thereof.

II – Scope of Terms

These Terms sets milestones and conditions by which the Buenos International Advocacy’s allows you to use our sites and services owned and operated by us:

2.1 the buenos.law website, as well as other Buenos International Advocacy’s websites, registered in all countries of that our services coverage and,

2.2 our connection (along with all other software and services provided directly or indirectly by Buenos International Advocacy’s, including services provided by Internet Server Application Programming Interface (ISAPI) and services offered by third parties that integrate the functionality of our services but must be understood them, individually or collectively as a Buenos International Advocacy’s Service. Items 1 and 2 are considered as the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service.

III – Limitation of Terms

Some of Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronics Services contain links to other email addresses, including addresses of third parties acting on our behalf as our agents, suppliers or providers.

Those other addresses are not operated by Buenos International Advocacy and have their own terms of use, which we recommend be read before use.

Other addresses to which we are linked may contain the mark of Buenos International Advocacy, but these addresses and features that do not belong to us are provided by other companies and individuals. Examples of addresses that do not belong to Buenos International Advocacy include addresses where you are prompted to log in using a username and password different from these used in the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronics Services.

IV – Acceptance of Terms

Before you can use any of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, at first you must agree to abide by these terms. To accept:

4.1 Select the dialog box next to “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service” (or similar expression); or,

4.2 Use any of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services, in which case, you understand and agree that these Terms apply to your use of the services or any portion thereof.

Before further use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, you must print or save a local copy of the Terms for your reference.

V – Registration

To use the Electronic Service Buenos International Advocacy, you may be asked to provide information about yourself (such as some legal identification), part of the registration process.

You agree that any registration information provided to Buenos International Advocacy be current, correct, accurate and personal.

VI – Prohibitions


You specifically agree not to:

6.1 Use the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service for illegal purposes, including without limitation the storage, dissemination, posting or transmission of data, information, and/or materials that are threatening, libelous, defamatory, illegal and/or obscene, or infringing intellectual property rights of any person or entity, or which may constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a crime, or violates any law or local regulation, state, federal and international levels;

6.2 store, disseminate, post, post and / or transmit through the Services Electronics Buenos International Advocacy of any information or material that a reasonable person would consider illegal;

6.3 update, create, post, publish, reproduce and/or transmit derivative works or distribute through the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services information, software or other materials that are copyrighted or other proprietary right, without obtaining prior permission of the owner;

6.4 post at Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service commercial messages or personal mass messages, commonly known as “spam”, which have not been requested;

6.5 send lots of copies of the same message or substantially similar messages, empty messages, or that do not contain meaningful content or send messages or large files that hinder part or all of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service;

6.6 encourage, initiate, participate and/or perpetuate any way, directly or indirectly, any illegal scheme through the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service;

6.7 participate in the collection of any amount of information of others (without their prior consent) using the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services, a practice known as spidering or collection, and/or participate in the development and/or use of software, including spyware designed to promote this activity;

6.8 represent any Individual and/or entity, engaged in falsifying the sender's address, who forged a manual signature and/or digital of any person, or perform any other similar fraudulent activity such as phishing in the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services;

6.9 inhibit, interfere with and/or restrict the ability of others, regardless of knowledge, purpose and/or intent to use and/or use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service (except for tools and security features such as parental controls), including without limitation, posting and/or transmitting information or software containing worm, virus or other harmful feature, and/or generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede the ability of others to send, receive, retrieve and/or use information;

6.10 subscribe or use the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service drawing on behalf of others;

6.11 permit others to access the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service using their credentials;

6.12 to access (or attempt to access) the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services by any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers), except ISAPI and/or other interface provided specifically for this purpose and/or violate the instructions given in robots.txt or similar files present in the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services;

6.13 participate in the systematic retrieval of data and other content on the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services except for ISAPI, or other interface provided specifically for this purpose, aiming to build, develop and/or modify directly or indirectly, a database, collection and/or a directory without the prior written consent of Buenos International Advocacy;

6.14 download, capture, copy and/or create a copy of any content shown in the Buenos International Advocacy’s email addresses without having the necessary permission from the content owner; and/or,

6.15 take any action in order to alter, distort, manipulate, modify and/or compromise the integrity and accuracy of all or part of any file, image, program, product or service that can be produced, distributed, published and/or used by Buenos International Advocacy.

VII – Your Password and / or Unauthorized Use of Your Account

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password used to access the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, the only responsible for us for all activities that occur in your account within the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services and any violation of these Terms caused by these activities.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree that you shall immediately notify the Buenos International Advocacy.

VIII – Contents of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service

The Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service allow you to access information, such as collections of audio, data, photographs and other image files, text, video and/or any other multimedia files, these so-called “contents”.

This content can belong to Buenos International Advocacy, for users of our Electronic Services (like you), or other companies that give Buenos International Advocacy the right to distribute their content, such as audio, book, movie, picture companies, and/or other type of content.

The Buenos International Advocacy grants you a limited license to consume the content and use our Electronic Service for personal purposes and/or business, set forth in these Terms or other way that does not require a specific license.

Except for the content posted legally by you in the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, will not be allowed to modify, distribute, modify, transmit copies of the content in any manner, whether through physical or electronic, without prior written permission of the owner, except in cases where permitted by law.

Obviously, you are free to invite other people to access all the public content and provide the necessary details to find what they need.

In addition, the Buenos International Advocacy’s and our content providers remember that you must not alter, evade, interfere or remove any copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary notice displayed in the content, and any mechanism for digital rights management, device or other types of content protection and measures of access control associated with the content.

The filing, capture, copying, dissemination, distribution, downloading, duplication, execution, exhibition, modification, publication, reproduction, translation, transmission, upload and/or sale of content is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing contract by Buenos International Advocacy. You may not incorporate the contents to any hardware, software or any type of analog environment. This prohibition applies even if you intend to distribute free materials.

IX – Comments

The Buenos International Advocacy is available to receive your feedback about our Electronic Services. Any communication sent to us will not be considered confidential and shall become the exclusive property of Buenos International Advocacy.

We may, at our discretion: disclose, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, and/or use this communication in any way and for any purpose. All these uses will be made by Buenos International Advocacy free of any obligation and/or liability of any kind in relation to you. These uses may include, for example: use of content, partially or totally, any kind of information, including concepts, ideas, inventions, know-how, know-why, brand name, works and/or techniques disclosed therein, for any purpose without any obligation to pay the originator of the information/content and without any liability to that person.

X – License

The Buenos International Advocacy gives you a worldwide, exclusive, and exempt license to use our Electronic Services for personal and/or commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these Terms. The only purpose of such license is to allow you to use and enjoy the benefits of Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, as provided by us and permitted in these Terms.

XI – Cancellation of Electronic Services Use, termination of the Terms; and, Precepts that Remain Valid After the Termination

The Terms apply to all users of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service. Except for the items described below, if you are a registered user or not, you may cancel your use of our Electronic Services for these terms no longer apply to you.

11.1 Unregistered users: If you use any of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services, or portions thereof, which can be accessed without registering, you can cancel the use of these services at any time. This will terminate the Terms. If you violate any of the provisions of the Terms or other applicable policies or any other reason, the Buenos International Advocacy reserves the right to cancel, suspend or restrict your use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service and terminate the Terms. We take these measures without telling you. As an unregistered user is not enrolled, in general, unknown for us, in most cases will not be able to give notice of our actions.

11.2 Registered users: If you use any of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services, or portions thereof, as a registered user, you may cancel your registered user account at any time. This will delete your account and all your data, and you can no longer use the services associated with the account, terminate the Terms with respect to that service. If you violate any of the provisions of the Terms or other applicable policies or any other reason, the Buenos International Advocacy reserves the right to cancel, restrict or suspend your user account registered to one or all of Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronics Services and terminate the Terms. We take these measures without telling you. Registered users are known for us, so in general we will make a considerable effort to give notice of our actions.

Currently, user accounts registered at Buenos International Advocacy via other contracts can not be excluded only to the site buenos.law. Sections XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVIII, of these Terms, as well as I, II and VII of the Privacy and Security Policy, shall survive termination and continue to apply indefinitely.

XII – Waiver of Guarantee

You agree that your use of the Buenos International Advocacy’ Electronic Service is done at your own risk. Due to the number of possible sources of information available through the Buenos International Advocacy’ Electronic Service, the risks and uncertainties of electronic distribution, possible delays, inaccuracies, interruptions, omissions and/or other problems with the content. If you depend on the Buenos International Advocacy’ Electronic Services or any material available for us, do so at your own risk. You understand that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or any loss of data resulting from downloading of any data and/or material belonging to the Buenos International Advocacy’ Electronic Services or supplied by us.

The Buenos International Advocacy’ Electronic Service is provided to you as they are, with all faults and as available. The Buenos International Advocacy and its agents and licensees to ensure adequacy, commercialization, purpose, integrity, non-infringement, timeliness, accuracy and/or usefulness of the information available through the Buenos’ Electronic Service, by written contract, limiting the hidden problems such as viruses or other harmful components.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

XIII – Disclaimer

In any event shall Buenos International Advocacy, including its headquarters, affiliates and/or its subsidiaries, as well its agents or licensors be held liable by you or any other party for damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, including without limitation, liability for consequential, special, incidental, direct or indirect, even if informed in advance about the possibility of such damages, regardless of form or cause of action including, without limitation, contracts, negligence and other criminal actions. Because some countries/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In these countries/states, the Buenos International Advocacy’s responsibility, its agents and licensors is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You agree that the responsibility for Buenos International Advocacy, including its headquarters, affiliates, subsidiaries and its agents and licensors, resulting from any form of legal claims associated with the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services should not exceed the amount paid by you to Buenos International Advocacy by use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service.

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

XIV – Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and not prejudice Buenos International Advocacy (including its headquarters, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, as well as their agents and licensees, and all their respective directors, officers, suppliers, employees and any third party information providers against any costs, damages, expenses, loss and claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and/or unauthorized use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service. The Buenos International Advocacy reserves the right, in its decision, to take exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, who agrees to cooperate with the Buenos International Advocacy that are associated with our defense.

XV – Copyright Infringement

The Buenos International Advocacy is committed to comply with the copyright laws of Brazil and other related laws, requiring that all users of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service comply with these laws. That way, you cannot use the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service to store and/or disseminate any inappropriate content and/or material in a manner that constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights of others, including rights granted by the Copyright Law of Brazil.

If you are the owner of any work protected by copyright, and believe that their rights under the Copyright Law of Brazil have been violated by any material on the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services, you can enjoy some provisions of the Copyright Law by sending us a notification of claimed infringement. Upon the notification receipt of claimed infringement, the Buenos International Advocacy will take action as soon as possible in directly or indirectly way:

15.1 to remove the work that supposed to be in violation and is accessible through the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services; or,

15.2 to disable the access to those works. This is the Buenos International Advocacy’s policy, in accordance with the laws of copyright and other applicable laws, that reserve the right to terminate access to the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services (or any part of the services) of any user suspected of violate the copyright of third party or any other intellectual property rights, including repeat offenders or those who Buenos International Advocacy, at its sole discretion, deems to be violating such rights. The Buenos International Advocacy may terminate at any time the access to the Electronic Services, with or without notice, to any affected customer or user. If the affected user believes, in good faith, that the material supposedly in violation was removed or blocked due to a mistake or misidentification, then you may submit a contestation to Buenos International Advocacy. Anyway, you explicitly agree that Buenos International Advocacy’s does not take sides in disputes or lawsuits related to allegations of copyright infringement.

The copyright holders may send a notification of claimed infringement to Buenos International Advocacy to report allegations of violations of materials to: info@buenos.law.

Any person who knowingly make false statements in relation to allegations of copyright infringement can be held responsible for Buenos International Advocacy, the alleged infringer and the copyright holder affected by any damage incurred due to blockage, removal or replacement of the material for alleged violation.

XVI – Other Sites

The Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service contain links to other sites. Some of these sites can be shared with the Buenos International Advocacy brand and resemble the features of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service, but such sites and resources are provided by other companies or people who are not part of Buenos International Advocacy. The Buenos International Advocacy does not control the Terms of Service or Privacy Policies of such sites and their terms and policies governing the use of such sites and any information provided by you through those sites.

You understand and agree that Buenos International Advocacy is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources and does not endorse any advertising, product or other material available from such sites.

You also understand and agree that Buenos International Advocacy is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of availability of such external resources, or as a result of any reliance in relation to its accuracy, existence and/or integrity of any product, advertising or other materials available through this such sites or resources.

XVII – Changes in Terms

The Buenos International Advocacy reserves the right to change these Terms occasionally as the principles and laws that apply. When these changes are made, the Buenos International Advocacy provide a copy of the updated Terms on this web page and also send the updated Terms to you via email, direct mail or other reasonable means as determined by the Buenos International Advocacy.

The Buenos International Advocacy provides the updated Terms to you before they take effect. You understand and agree that the use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service after the date on which the Terms become into force, the Buenos International Advocacy will treat your use as acceptance of such updated Terms.

XVIII – Trademarks

Buenos Advogados®, the logo design is a trademark or service mark of Buenos International Advocacy Group. All other trademarks and service marks that appear in the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service are property of their respective owners.

XIX - Privacy and Personal Information

To understand how Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Services use the information provided by you, please read the Privacy and Security Policy of Electronic Services. This policy explains how Buenos International Advocacy’s and its suppliers deal with your personal information during the registration and the use of the Buenos International Advocacy’s Electronic Service.

XX – Provision No. 94/2000 - Brazilian Order of Advocates

The Provision No. 94/2000 stablished:
