According to the Brazilian Advocacy Statute, is only allowed to Advocates to do the following activities, described at the Law No. 8.906, established in July 4th, 1994:
1st Article. These are private law activities:
Item I - the postulation to any body of the Judiciary and to the special courts; (See ADIN 1.127-8)
Item II - the activities of legal consulting, legal advice and legal management.
2nd Paragraph. The acts and contracts to constituting juridical persons, under the penalty of nullity, can only be admitted to registration, in the competent organs, when endorsed by lawyers.
