The protection of such information as well as its limited use provide the success of our business partnership. We recognize the imminence necessity to keep confidential our clients’ activities, because the privacy of our customers is one of our basic principles of our work.

The Buenos International Advocacy, headquartered in Brazil, has created this privacy and security policy for www.buenos.law (the “Site”), in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy and security.

We encourage you to read this Policy before using this Site. Your use of this Site signifies that you agree with all terms of this Policy, so please do not use this Site if you disagree with any part of this Policy.

I – Web Services and Buenos International Advocacy’s Web Services Terms

In these Terms of Web Services, the term “Buenos International Advocacy”, “we”, “our” and/or “us”; are used in certain areas with reference to The Buenos Advogados, its subsidiaries and affiliates that own and/or operate on its behalf.

The term “you” or “your” refers to any user of The Buenos International Advocacy’ sites or services described below.

The term “material” may refer to any kind of intellectual and/or artistic work done through any means published by Buenos International Advocacy.

II – Privacy and Personal Information

The Buenos International Advocacy is committed to protect privacy, does not collect or keep intentionally in our database the information of those deemed legally incompetent. Our sites and other materials were not designed nor intended for incompetent people, not depending the place where you are doing your entry.

In order to protect the information that was sent to us, we have technical and operational resources to avoid theft and tampering. The access to all received information will only be handled by professionals responsible for handling such information and/or the compliance department. III – Registration

The receipt of your curriculum vitæ (CV) or résumé to apply for a vacancy in our team, we will use the information for the sole purpose of informing you about the available opportunities. This information will be stored in our database for a period that not exceed 01 (one) year.

IV – Your Passwords and Unauthorized Use of Your Account

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password(s) used to access the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services. VI – Translation Privacy Policy

The translation of this Privacy Policy of The Buenos International Advocacy services is provided solely for your convenience. Any inconsistencies between this version and any other language version are not intentional and will be resolved in favor of the Portuguese version.

Furthermore, although The Buenos International Advocacy make commercially reasonable efforts to comply the terms and conditions set forth herein in all jurisdictions where the services are available, The Buenos International Advocacy cannot give guarantees on the implementation of the provisions that protect the rights of their users in all of these jurisdictions.

VII – Property Law

You recognize and agree that The Buenos International Advocacy has all legal rights, title and interest, in relation to the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services, including intellectual property rights that survive in the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services (whether those rights are registered or not, anywhere in the world where they can exist).

X – General Legal Terms

The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and The Buenos International Advocacy, govern your use of the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services and completely replace any other agreements between you and The Buenos International Advocacy concerning to the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services.

You agree that The Buenos International Advocacy may send you notices, including those related to changes in the Terms, by email, regular mail or postings on the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services.

By using the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, in all disputes arising the relation to these Terms or the Buenos International Advocacy Web Services.

The Buenos International Advocacy reserves the right to disclose users personal data as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a court order.

XIII – Physical Data Protection

All documents handled by the office are weekly destroyed by a 3rd class, level 5 shredder; according to the ISO/IEC 21964 (DIN 66399) - data protection in business processes.

The garbage is compacted and sent to the recycling center. In this way, we believe we are protecting our customers, maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of the information; and ensuring the preservation of the environment.

We are highly engaged in reducing the our carbon footprint.
